We employed Baxter Associates to strengthen the leadership skills within our management team. The tailored programme, which ran over a 12-month period, has resulted in greatly improved communications and cohesion between our two sites, and enhanced leadership of teams. Managers have grown in confidence and capability and are much happier to take decisions independently. They are more highly skilled at managing the business and people, and we are finding that changes are being more readily accepted. For me, the highlight of the programme was the “Get Organised and Achieve More” sessions which had an immediate, beneficial impact.

Coaching is one of our key managerial competencies in the Housing Service.
