Coaching is one of our key managerial competencies in the Housing Service.
Baxter Associates were employed to deliver core training to managers who
also had the opportunity of individual coaching sessions to help develop
their skills in a practical way. All staff who participated found the training
to be well delivered, tailored to both organisational and individual needs
at all levels in the organisation. These skills are now being widely used
throughout the service with tangible benefits in service planning and personal
development.
