Our work with Local, National and International Government has seen us become experts in this field. Specifically, we have helped organisations create a coaching culture; enhanced leadership capability through extensive learning interventions throughout multiple tiers of management; we have enabled organisations to better meet external assessment criteria such as Ofsted; our training and coaching interventions have enabled organisations to succession plan, fill positions, and achieve strategic business objectives to a greater extent; and we have helped raise standards in Education through our widely-attended Professional Development Programme for Headteachers and Early Years’ Leaders.
Through our Coaching Service, we have been privileged to work with hundreds of clients and gain first-hand insights into the challenges and opportunities encountered. Specifically, it has revealed the difficulties experienced in making wellbeing a priority. Having helped many clients specifically address this, we launched our new Work, Health and Wellbeing Workshop: A Leadership Approach to assist a wider audience and this has proven to be a timely and well received addition to our training portfolio.
